Hey guys!

As you know, I'm a BIG anime fan (well, Izyani-sama is a bigger fan than me >.<) and I recently found this romantic comedy, Lovely Complex.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I laughed, I cried, I smiled, I frowned, hell, I even frickin' squealed over the whole 'kawaii-ness' of it!

I introduced this anime to my dear Susu ^.^ and she, too, loves it! *evil laugh* Aren't I the best? Just yesterday night, I stumbled upon the live-action/drama movie. I usually don't watch dramas. Okay, I don't watch dramas from animes AT ALL.

Instead, I perfer the anime because their hair colour, eye colour, overall features look GOOD on the anime characters but completely WEIRD on the Japanese actors and actresses. But since I love the anime, I thought: The drama can't be THAT bad, can it? So I tried (and told Susu the link too) and...

IT WAS BLOODY BRILLANT! Risa looks rather odd but Otani is...*squeals* SOOOOOOO KAWAII!!! My new love, adding onto the other maybe more realistic loves. Lolz

Okay, for those who are confused as to what Lovely Complex is about.

Lovely Complex is a love story between a boy and a girl. The girl, Risa Koizumi, is 172cm tall - much taller than the average Japanese girl. The boy, Atsushi Otani, is 156cm - way below the average height of the Japanese boy. Because of this, they are known as their school's comedy duo because there is a popular comedy duo that has a similar height difference. So people also call them "All Hanshin Kyojin" team.

During summer school, a very tall student (from another class) shows up and Risa immediately falls for him, as she has had bad luck with boys in the past because she is tall. There is a girl that Atsushi likes as well, so Risa and Otani decide to put aside their differences and help each other get their love interests. But as they get to know each other better, Risa's feelings for Otani begin to blossom, and her love life gets complicated from here.

There! Isn't it interesting? The first thing that caught my eye was the fact that the main couple has a height difference. Instead of the guy being tall and the girl being shorter than him, it's vice versa! So cool! And not to mention, Risa - who is insecure about her height - reminds me of me - who is insecure of myself as a whole >.<

Anyway, the drama - there are a few difference but...Otani-kun is so kawaii! His real name is Teppei Koike.

Teppei Koike (小池徹平, Koike Teppei, born January 5, 1986) is an actor, and singer from Japan. His nicknames are "Teppei-chan", "Teppei-kun", and "Te-chan". He was born in Osakasayama, Osaka. Capricorn. His blood type is B. He belongs to the production company BURNING PRODUCTIONS and is a member of the singer-songwriter duo WaT.

ISN'T HE ADORABLE???!!! *sighs dreamily...then squeals loudly* I've been squealing since yesterday night - or rather, since I've started watching the anime - and I can't stop. Lolz

I have not been this crazy over any actor to the point that I write about him in my blog before. This is a first. I feel so fan-girlish. It sounds so weird coming from me but after all, I AM a girl. ^.^ so I'm allowed to do all the squealing I want.

So a few last words: TEPPEI-KUN IS SOOOOOO KAWAII!!!!

I love music. It is my whole life. I can't survive with it.
